Welcome to Creative CEO LLC. By accessing hellocreativeceo.com, purchasing products, or participating in our events, experiences, or programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

Creative CEO provides:

  • Events, retreats, and curated experiences

  • Community gatherings + conversations

  • Physical products (merch, apparel, etc.)

  • Digital products

  • Services and strategic collaborations

All offerings are owned and operated by Creative CEO LLC.

2. Payment, Refunds & Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our services and made-to-order merchandise, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted.

This applies to:

  • Events

  • Retreats

  • Dinners

  • Digital products

  • Physical products

  • Services

  • Brand experiences

Disputes filed with credit card companies are not permitted, as customers agree to these terms before purchase.

3. Shipping Policy (Physical Products)

  • Standard processing: 2 weeks

  • Rush orders available by email request

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Delivery times vary by carrier and location

  • Creative CEO is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once transferred to the carrier

4. Intellectual Property + Usage Rights

All intellectual property is owned exclusively by Creative CEO LLC, including:

  • Branding and visual identity

  • Content, copy, and curriculum

  • Merch designs

  • “Born to Evolve” and related marks

  • Event, experience, and service frameworks

  • Photos, videos, and creative assets

No content may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

5. Media Release

By attending a Creative CEO event, experience, or gathering, you grant Creative CEO LLC:

  • The unconditional right to film, photograph, and record you

  • Perpetual permission to use such media globally

  • Usage for marketing, promotions, editorial, advertising, and storytelling

No compensation will be provided for such usage.

6. Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event, community space, or digital platform for:

  • Harassment

  • Discriminatory behavior

  • Disruption of the experience

  • Violations of these Terms

No refunds will be issued.

7. Third-Party Services

Creative CEO uses third-party tools such as Squarespace, Flodesk, Stripe, QuickBooks, Luma, Calendly, Circle, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
You acknowledge that your data is governed by their respective policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creative CEO is not liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Injuries at events

  • Damaged or lost shipments

  • Technical issues or website downtime

  • Errors caused by third-party providers

Participation and purchases are at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
